Independent studies show Solupore® Integrated preserves phenotype and viability while delivering high transfection efficiencies. In Kavanagh et al. — Cytotherapy 2021 — non-viral delivery using Solupore® Integrated showed minimal perturbation compared with conventional methods.

Across T cells, NK cells and iPSCs, the RT achieves high editing efficiencies with minimal activation. Customers have used it for CRISPR-mediated knock-ins, prime editing and mRNA transfection with excellent viability and functionality.
